Roles & responsibilities :-

• Responsible for driving the project as a leader to accomplish program deliverables in time.
• Study of Customer's RFQ documents & assisting the sales team in cost proposal development & customer presentations.
• Organizing the project Kick-off Meeting with internal Team as well as with customer to understand project Scope, Deliverables, Timeline & project Targets.
• Review & revaluation of Project Budget.
• Preparing project timeline, project organizations structure, & WBS.
• Creating project plans with established timelines, assigned to appropriate teams and managing workflow throughout construction.
• Forecasting, scheduling and monitoring the project timelines, personnel performance and cost efficiency.
• Conducting regular status meetings with internal teams and external partners to track progress against established milestones.
• Leading meetings with internal team members, consultants and contractors.
• Coordinate with resources across multiple departments and teams as needed for successful completion of projects.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures throughout the life cycle of each project.
• Identifying needs and coordinate for resource allocation to deliver quality standards on time and within budget.

Handled various projects in BIW as well as powertrain domain.

Especially,

• “Robotic Brushing System & Engine Washers” for both Engine Block & Engine Head line at Tata Cummins, Phaltan. Customer/final system owner - Tata Cummins Limited.
• Robotic Welding cell design & Welding Fixtures, for Wind-Shield assembly panel & Side Sill Inner assembly panel of Honda 3US – 31XA model. Customer - G-Tech India Pvt. Ltd.
• Sub assembly Welding Fixtures & Checking Fixtures for Cross member panel, Deck-lid panel, Roof side inner panel, etc. of FCA_DUV596 Model. Customer - MK TRON PVT. LTD.
• Turnkey Project of complete car body shop (Manual Welding Line with capacity of 5 JPH) for CC21 & CC24 model of Citroen car. Customer - Stellantis group.
• Turnkey Projects of complete car body shop (Manual Welding Line with capacity of 10 JPH) for W206 , W214, X254, V214 Models Mercedes Benz car. Line Installation was at 4 CKD plants over 4 countries (Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia & India).

Project undertaken & participated :-

• Robotic spot welding cell for Hinge pillar, tunnel, panel dash components of Y1k (alto). Customer- SKH Metals (Manesar, NCR).
• Robotic spot welding cell for Hinge pillar, tunnel, panel dash components of Y1k (alto). Customer- SKH Metals (Manesar, NCR).

Project undertaken & participated :-

• Spot Welding Robotic Cell for lamp house comp., Wheel House Inner, PNL Fender Apron, MBR Front Bumper UPR, PNL Comp. Side Sill of Y1k model (Alto Car), Customer/Final System owner - Caparo (Bawal, Rajasthan).
• MIG Welding Robotic Cell for Front Suspension body frame of Y1K model (Alto Car), Customer/Final System owner -SKH (Manesar, Haryana).

• Worked with customers for needs analysis and to determine vendor costs.
• Visited clients to determine feasibility, analyze requirements and provide solution suggestions.
• Provided support for existing applications in production environment.
• Ensured compliance with industry standards and best practices in development process.
• Assisted in the integration of new technologies into existing applications.
• Worked on Sales product like (Instrumentation Hardware, Instrumentation Valves & Accessories, Instrumentation Manifolds, Instrumentation Tube Fittings, QRC & Cam-locks, Hoses & Hose Fittings, etc).

• Assisted the Project manager in execution of the project from project initiation to closure.
• Assisted in the design of mechanical systems for projects.
• Assisted in planning site layouts and blueprints.
• Monitored progress of projects against agreed timelines and objectives.
• Prepared reports detailing project progress, risks and outcomes.

• Worked on Projects of S.P.M. Machines like Auto bagging Unit for Fasteners (Client - ARaymond India Pvt. Ltd.), Leak testing machine for carburetor (Client- Keihin Fie Pvt. Ltd.).
