• Responsible for end-to-end project management, driving projects from initiation through successful closure while ensuring adherence to all project gates (G0–G6) across the entire project lifecycle, including Definition, Concept, Design, Manufacturing–Assembly–Validation (MAV), Production, and Industrialisation phases.

• Run gate reviews, monitor KPIs, and present status dashboards in Power BI while resolving risks, issues, and resource constraints.
• Worked on various products (NPD + Sustaining) like 55P Header, Receptacle Connector, Blind Plug for customer Hero moto corp. , 26P,33P&34P Shroudless Headers for Cluster wiring harness assy of Bajaj Pulsar as well as Triumph & KTM., ATO fuse Box, Cabin Fuse box and Chassis Fuse box for Ashok Layland. Medium & Heavy Duty Trucks and Buses, CCS2 Charge inlet Cable Assy for JBM EV Bus.,etc.

• Responsible for driving project as leader to accomplish Project deliverables in time.
• Tracked project milestones weekly to keep delivery aligned with customer targets and internal timelines.
• Reviewed RFQ documents and supported sales with cost proposals and customer presentations.
• Organized kick-off meetings with internal teams and customers to align scope, deliverables, timelines, and project targets.
• Prepared project timelines, organizational structures, and WBS using MS Project for coordinated execution.
• Monitored schedules, personnel performance, and cost efficiency while leading status meetings with teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Handled change requests, coordinated resources across departments, and maintained compliance with laws, policies, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

• Robotic (welding + hemming) line development for DOOR panel (inner & outer) Assy. Of W610 model (Mahindra XUV 700) at Mahindra Chakan plant
• Robotic welding cell development for B-Pillar panel Assy. for YSD model Maruti Suzuki, Customer : BACI (Bellsonica).

Handled various projects in BIW Automated solutions as well as Power train Automated solutions especially,

• Delivered robotic brushing systems and engine washers for Tata Cummins engine block and engine head lines.
• Developed robotic welding cells and welding fixtures for Windshield Assy Panel , Side sill inner Assy panel of Honda - 3US Model. Customer: G-Tech India Pvt. Ltd. (Tier 1 of Honda Motors)
• Developed sub-assembly Welding and Checking fixtures of sub Assy. body panels (Cross member, Dec-lid, Roof side inner panel) for FCA DUV596 model. Customer: MK Tron India Pvt Ltd. ( Tier-1 of FCA)
• Involved in turnkey project of car body shop development (Manual welding line with capacity of 5JPH) for CC21& CC24 model of citroen car. Customer: Stellantis group
• Supported in turnkey project of car body shop development (Manual welding line with capacity of 10 JPH) for W206, W214, X254, V214 models of Mercedes Benz car series. This turnkey project was received from Daimler gmbh for line installation for 4 CKD plant over 4 countries (India, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam).

• Supported project planning and status reporting for the Y1k Alto spot welding cell using MS Project and ERP systems.
• Maintained document management for customer-facing project records, scope notes, and execution updates.
• Coordinated stakeholder communication with SKH Metals to align deliverables for the Hinge pillar, tunnel, and panel dash components.

• Supported robotic welding automation projects from design assistance through installation and commissioning for automotive body components.
• Evaluated customer requirements, feasibility, and solution recommendations for Caparo, SKH, ARaymond, and Keihin Fie.
• Coordinated vendors, estimated costs, and integrated new technologies into existing automation systems.
