• Oversee day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
• Monitor progress and resolve technical/site-related issues promptly.

Prepare work schedules, manpower planning, and material requirements.

• Conduct site meetings and provide progress updates.
• Maintain site records, checklists, test reports, and documentation.
• Track project expenses, prevent wastage, and ensure cost control.
• Verify subcontractor bills, measurements, and BOQs.

• Functioning as the Tower In-charge for a G+18 high-rise tower, overseeing end-to-end site execution and coordination.
• Lead the execution and inspection of conventional formwork, Aluform (Mivan) formwork , and all associated structural activities.
• Manage and monitor all finishing activities , ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and project engineers to plan, sequence, and execute works in line with approved schedules.
• Drive daily/weekly planning to achieve milestones within targeted timelines and ensure resource optimization.
• Identify and resolve site issues, coordinate technical clarifications, and maintain detailed site documentation.

• Working as a Junior engineer (Execution) on site alongside a Coordination member with HO team.
• Billing - Preparation of draft Abstract & certificate of payment & billing related Formats. Checking Contractors bill & Certifying. Preparation of Monthly cash outflow statements. Etc.
• Planning - Coordination with contractors, management team and site engineers to maintain schedule of project work. To Schedule and Plan Daily work to be completed. Managing the resources, manpower and presenting report to Project Manager & respective HOD's.

• Reviewing day to day progress of work.
• Preparing D.P.R (Daily Progress Report)
• Monitoring and controlling the work progress. Ensuring the Safety and Quality at Site.
• Attend weekly progress, quality, and safety meeting.
