Provide Engineering Design support to business units in India and Germany by applying best practices in Finite element analysis in the domain of Coupling and Casting. Managing projects individually as well as in a team environment by ensuring timeline and quality requirements from business units.

Performing Linear/ non-linear analysis, structural analysis, static analysis, fatigue analysis.

Creating thermal calculation, static and dynamic calculations.

Checking inputs required for design and analysis, deciding the load cases and performing design calculations.

Performing static structural, thermal, modal, transient, fatigue, random vibration, buckling analysis of structural components according to ASME, AD2000 and EN standards.

Performing hand and FEA calculations and managing database of drawings, diagrams, schemes and calculations.

Work with engineering team to perform FEA simulations & design optimization in support of development of pressure vessel & its components.

Performing static structural, thermal, modal, fatigue, random vibration, buckling analysis of structural components according to ASME and EN standards.
