Key Highlights:

Complete the induction process of 10 Piper Archers, 2 Cessna 172s, 2 Diamond DA42s, and 4 Tecnam P2010 TDIs in the fleet.

2) Conversion of Cessna 172 from Lycoming to Continental Diesel Engine,

3) Relocation and scope extension of CAMO.

Following responsibilities were undertaken:

• Establishment and development of a continuing airworthiness policy, including the approval of the aircraft maintenance program.
• Presenting on behalf of the owner/operator aircraft maintenance program and its amendments to the DGCA for approval, and providing a copy of the programs to the owner.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of the Aircraft Maintenance Program.
• Ensuring that owners' and operators' technical records are kept as required by CAR.
• Ensuring that the CRS is issued to the aircraft in respect of each maintenance carried out.
• Presenting the continuing airworthiness records to the DGCA upon request.
• Ensuring work planning and follow-up.
• Ensuring technical follow-up.
• Ensuring that modifications and repairs (changes) are carried out to an approved standard.
• Review the DGCA mods, airworthiness directive, service bulletin status, and ensure embodiment.
• To coordinate scheduled maintenance, the application of airworthiness directives, the replacement of service life-limited parts, and component inspection to ensure the work is carried out properly.
• Ensuring that all defects discovered during scheduled maintenance, or reported, are corrected by an appropriately approved maintenance organization.
• Reporting any occurrences to the DGCA and the aircraft manufacturers. This includes both operational occurrences and occurrences related to maintenance findings, which fall outside the mandatory scheme.
• Ensuring that the Certificate of Airworthiness for each aircraft managed by the company remains valid.
• Ensuring that the mass and balance statement reflects the current status of the aircraft.
• The amendment and control of this came.
• Review and implementation, as appropriate, of any additional DGCA requirements.
• To coordinate with flight operations to ensure all information on the condition of the aircraft necessary to perform the tasks.
• To prepare, review, and approve the inspection schedule/procedure sheet.
• To liaise with the DGCA, OEM, and contractor(s), if any.
• Preparation of Test Flight Schedule, Load and Trim Sheet, and Journey Log Book.
• Issuance of work order for scheduled/non-scheduled maintenance.
• Ensure that all aircraft airworthiness documents are correct, updated, and valid as per DGCA requirements.
• Ensure that all Maintenance Support data is current, and the Subscription is valid.
• Maintaining a logbook.
• Ensure that the test flight of the aircraft is carried out as and when required.

-Associated in Preparation & Scrutinization of AMP, Inspection Schedules, Test Flight Schedules.
-Associated in Preparation of C of R, Aeromobile Station license, Mode S Transponder code, Beacon
Registration, C of A, ARC documents.
-Associated in tracking, monitoring of new/revised service publications such as SBs, ADs, SL, and mandatory mods, etc. issued by Various Aviation Regulatory Authorities/Manufacturers of Aircraft,
Engine, Propeller & various Components installed on Aircraft & Engines.
- Scrutinization & Updation of Airworthiness Records.
- Updation of Various manual such as AMM, IPC, Overhaul Manual etc.
- Compilation of Maintenance data for the preparation of Aircraft Maintenance Programme & Maintenance Schedules.
- Monitoring of daily Aircraft Status for Continued Airworthiness.

- Collecting feedback from maintenance personnel..
- Visiting DGCA office for the Scrutinization of documents with CAM.
