  • Document key usage trends, regulation and compliance framework, critical settings, and configurations in the production environment– liaison internally with Product Engineering, Professional Services & Tech Support teams to coordinate complex use-case deployments, major & minor release upgrades, support tickets critical issues impacting – service availability & business continuity.
  • Conduct product workshops & trainings targeting end user and admins for best implementation practices, advanced feature adoption and evangelize Adobe products/technology to promote, excite and encourage customers to adopt a digital first mindset.
  • Q+1 Account Planning for driving high impact adoption plays & identifying early renewal risks - Reviewing contracts, entitlements, license deployments & consumption analysis across platforms : SFDC Instances, Ordering Portal, Backend, Hendrix, Gainsight AAUI etc.
