Customer Due Diligence (CDD) involves conducting checks at onboarding and throughout the customer lifecycle to help select and retain appropriate customers, identify high-risk individuals requiring enhanced monitoring, and detect unusual activities or transactions as part of financial crime prevention.

• Designed and implemented automation using Java, Serenity with Selenium, and Cucumber BDD, while maintaining and enhancing frameworks through code refactoring, feature updates, and test case design based on requirements and user stories.
• Actively contributed as part of an Agile Scrum team—participating in sprint planning, product design reviews, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and also collaborating with the Deployment and Deliverance team to support release activities, validate builds, and ensure the smooth deployment of tested features to various environments.
• As part of the automation testing team, I utilized Git for source code management and Jenkins to trigger automated test suites in a continuous integration environment, ensuring timely feedback on builds.
