• Development of Excel based frame work which uses open source materials like Selenium, Sikuli and Java robot as a wrapper and in the front end it grabs the inputs from the excel like which action to perform on the UI.
• Integrating excel read-write, extent report, email notification etc functionalities in the frame work.
• Integrating the API testing in the existing excel based framework (3DX-WAF).
• Validation the new version of 3DX-TAF & WAF (Regression, Smoke, Functionality validation).
• Creating the FSD and FTD documentation on the user story raised internal or external members.

• Assisted in Automation Department where prove out of a Piston component of INDO SCHOTTLE Belagavi using 3 Midas 0 CNC turning machine with 6 Axis Fanuc M10iA/12 Robot for loading and unloading the components (industry 3.O) .
  1. Involved in Machine and robot layout.
  2. Worked on Gantt chart between machine and robot.
  3. Design of Gravity feeder using SMC compact cylinder with through beam sensor.
  4. Design of Tool to the robot arm Zimmer 3 jaw and SMC 2 jaw gripper to carry the component while loading and unloading using magnetic sensor and proxy sensor.
  5. Involved in Programing of the component and Robot Teaching point to reduce cycle time to increase output.
  6. Involved in Simulation design of Machine and robot.

• Product development of Wheel Shaft and shaft Component Which is used in John deere by Robot Machining Cell in M/S. Sanjeev Auto Components, Aurangabad (industry 3.0).
  1. To use Fanuc M710ic/70 Robot to load and unload in between two CNC MIDAS10L6 Turning centers. Assembly of grippers to hold 45 kg and 35 kg of two different type of forging components.
  2. For loading gravity Input feeder and unloading bin carrying belt conveyor. Complete Installation at Customer End with Robot programming with less Machining Cycle Time and increase the production of components and also unmanned hour's.

• Application Engineer
  1. Study input drawing from customer and based on their requirements we need to suggest best machine from our range of products.
  2. Estimate cycle time for complete operations of component and select suitable tooling and work holding for that job.
  3. Fixture concepts for VMC.
  4. Cutting trails on CNC machines.
  5. Good knowledge of sliding headstock machines.
  6. Customer interaction and giving seminar on particular projects.
  7. Programming knowledge for all CNC machines with macro application if needed.
