• My focus on student development and my dedication to teaching earned me a beloved reputation among the students.
• In the past five years, I have taken on the role of Year Incharge. This position has allowed me to showcase my leadership and organizational skills, ensuring the smooth functioning of academic and administrative activities for the respective year groups.

• As a software engineer, I led a pilot project developing a system for ITDA Gurukul hostels and schools, significantly benefiting users and my small firm. This project enhanced my reputation within the company and earned the management's confidence, highlighting my technical skills and commitment to delivering impactful solutions.

• As an Assistant Professor at Geethanjali Institute of Technology and Science, I worked for a fulfilling 10 months, teaching 3rd-year and 1st-year students. I built positive relationships with students, colleagues, and management. Unfortunately, I had to leave in December due to my husband's health issues, but I cherish the experiences and connections I made.

• Developed syllabi, lesson plans and lecture materials for courses taught.
• Assigned grades based upon student performance in class assignments and exams.
• Involved in departmental activities such as curriculum development, faculty meetings, advising sessions.

At Jawahar Bharati Degree College, I held key positions, ensuring smooth academic and administrative operations. I actively participated in clean and green programs and NAAC work, enhancing the college's development. As an enthusiastic teacher, I taught C programming, Pascal, Lotus, Microsoft Office, and FoxPro, and served effectively as the Lab Incharge.
