- Following major CAPEX / PIO Piling & Civil foundation jobs were executed in brown field project including co-ordination with DEC.
- E O reactor (504.0 Mt), exchanger...etc... at MEG 2 plant with 600 mm Dia BCIS piles (reactor 23 and structure 21 nos)
- L P stream export at PTA 1 & 2
- 1.2 Km shore protection work with gabion. Value-Rs 15CR. Work was completed as per tide cycle.
- PTA1 Azeotropic distillation- DH column and technological structure 26 m high, IBA tank, etc.
- Total nine nos substation pressurization, VCM HCL & EDC chiller.etc.
- PP/ PE 2 CT – Existing six pump foundation strengthening.
- Retrofitting of PTA digester to USAB (WOG technology) @ ETP plant.
- Additional rosin acid line at SBR plant. Work was completed inside the operational shed including piling & Lift at SBR plant.
- Valve pit at Damka plot for 48” RIL raw water line interconnection with M/S Essar line (13 x4 x4 m).
- VCM incinerator with refractory work, scrubber, heater, pumps, two distribution transformers…. etc.
- PTA 2 sun dyne pump CPS and other related works during peak Covid period with minimum strength.
- Fire wall (9 m x 9m) between two grid transformers at 220 KV switch yard. Just completed in 22 days including piling and civil work.
- MEG 1 /2/3 PCT closer scheme. Transformer (33 KV) at MEG 2.
- PTA 1 RTO with skid, water seal tank, scrubber, pump, blower, etc.
- HPCCU- Technology structure with scrubber (28 m high & 102 T wt.) was directly placed over foundation.
- T F 1 additive tank (BP & JIO JV) with dike wall.
- Cracker pre S/D :- DSS column, DMPF heater, Dimer column including piling.
- During S/D :-SBR LATEX pump foundations-8 nos
- PTA 2 RTO
- PTA 2 substation extension (11 X 9 m).
- PE 1 & 2 flare line interconnection with 22 nos trestles foundation completed in just 40 days.
- PTA 2 AZEO with technological structure.
- SSF pit at CCT and ACT.
- MEG 2 RTO.
- DIMER column, structure, pumps, spur rack.
- Superannuated as a Project Manager-Minor project cell. Total experience-36 years (RIL-Hazira-29 yrs).
