Spearheaded PP/QM module

• Played an integral part in the implementation/configuration of new work order types in a new plant for the manufacturing of I&A( Instruments and Accessories) in S4 HANA.

• Having good experience with interfaces such as Neptune, MES, and RFID.
• Good experience with PP-relevant Master data, and SOP & worked on different planning strategies, MRP, capacity planning, and scheduling.
• Hands-on experience in Batch Management, Serial number management, Rework process, Co-products and By-products process, and sub-contracting process.
• Contributed to customization efforts in manufacturing, delivering tailored solutions to meet business requirements and improve system functionality.
• Led performance testing programs to address various difficulties in production. Analyzed and assisted business in understanding the significance of the performance issues.
• Well-experienced in working on ALM, raising defects. Also, worked closely with the Automation teams to automate existing business processes via TOSCA.
