A diligent and goal-driven postgraduate student is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics), with a solid foundation in pharmaceutical sciences, having completed a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. With hands-on experience in formulation development, analytical techniques, and regulatory documentation through academic projects and industrial training. Currently seeking an opportunity to contribute and grow in a reputable pharmaceutical multinational corporation and industries, particularly in the areas of Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, or Research & Development. Eager to apply my academic knowledge and practical skills to support compliance, innovation, and quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
In this research project, I developed and evaluated quercetin-loaded dissolving microneedles aimed at enhancing the transdermal delivery of quercetin, a potent natural antioxidant with anti-inflammatory properties. The microneedles were fabricated using a micro-molding technique with biodegradable polymers that dissolve upon skin insertion, allowing controlled and sustained release of the drug. The formulation involved preparing a nanoemulgel system to improve quercetin's solubility and stability Comprehensive evaluation included physicochemical characterization, drug release studies, and assessment of the microneedles’ mechanical strength and dissolution behavior, demonstrating their potential for effective and painless skin delivery.
