  • CTCL (Compute to Computer Link) Operations: Manage the creation, modification, and disablement of 12-digit CTCL terminals. Conduct reconciliation activities for CTCL terminals and oversee the NISM certification processes. Handle restructuring projects for the 12-digit CTCL terminal module.
  • Operational Support Process: Manage processes related to Authorized Signatories, Fidelity Insurance, and Base Minimum Capital (BMC) follow-ups. Prepare internal MIS reports and submissions for SEBI and Exchange compliance. Lead periodic SEBI and internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Process Optimization: Regularly review and update process manuals to identify automation opportunities. Submit Change Requests to the technology team and collaborate on Business Requirement Specifications (BRS).
