BODY CONTROL MODULE

• Validation of various DID's using Read &Write Services through diagnostic sessions.
• Developing Test Cases for various features.
• Executing manual testcases in Canoe.
• Reporting Issues in bug tracking tool.
• Updating test results and preparing Test report.
• Validation of various DTC's using Diagnostic Console.
• Involved in discussion for developing test cases of diagnostics.
• Project #2: HIGH LEVEL DIAGNOSTICS FOR SHORT RANGE RADARS - Radar can sense the data and it will pass to the Domain controller (Active safety), Domain controller will provide the data to the actuators (Vehicle speed, steering wheel, ABS). Also tested Time sync, Boot loader, Autosaur, Blockage detected fault, Detections and BSW and RTE components, CAN and UDS areas for the same project. Environment: DOORS, Canalyzer, Validation, EXCEL, Canoe, CAN DBC. Client: Renault.
• Project #1: Occupant resistant module - Worked on Sensing and diagnostic module (SDM) Airbag for the inputs are Direct current sensor (DC), Remote satellite unit (RSU) sensor, Output modules Loops (Airbag), Fuel cut off Event, ENS (event notification signal), Deployment activities, Operational modes, Voltage profile tests. Also tested CAN and UDS for the same project. Environment: DOORS, Canalyzer, Validation, EXCEL, Canoe, CAN DBC. Client: Force.

• Creating comprehensive test plans that cover all aspects of BMS functionality
• Developing specific test cases to verify the functionality of the BMS under various operating conditions, including different voltages, currents, temperatures, and fault scenarios
• Scheduled validation testing with different departments and managers.
• Investigated equipment failures, identified causes and initiated methods to resolve such issues.
• Implementing and executing the test plans and test cases, using hardware and software tools to simulate and monitor the BMS behavior
