The solution automates MIS data extraction from Excel reports, validates and transforms financial data, loads structured information into PostgreSQL, generates KPI summaries, produces AI-driven business insights, and creates executive-ready reports through a dashboard-triggered workflow. The platform integrates Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, React, and AI agents to reduce manual effort, improve reporting accuracy, and provide actionable business intelligence for management decision-making.
