PROJECT: GOVERNMENT RESIDENTIAL VILLAS

· Site clearing (including excavation and levelling) for the construction

· Conducted site set out for construction project ensuring accurate layout and alignment.

· Inspecting foundation for the sub-structure including proper compaction of soil, pcc and rcc work and ensure that anti termination should be done.

· Calculate the quantity of concrete and reinforcement for sub-structure and super-structure.

· Inspect all steel structures, beams,columns and alignment according to structural drawings.

· Conducted inspections and resolved on-site technical issues in collaboration with contractors and consultants.

· Monitored material usage, labor productivity and ensured allocation to meet deadlines

· Preparation of sub-contract documents.

· Prepared daily progress reports, site diaries, and updated project management tools.

· Liaised with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and smooth operations.

· Ensured adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements

PROJECT: COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS

· Responsible for establishing a safety focused culture.

· To maintain cost and look for cost saving ways to execute the work.

· Manage manpower to meet scheduling and keep a good productive factor in department.

· Direct the day-to-day field operations through foreman and sub- contractors, providing necessary technical guidance and leadership.

· Conducted quality checks and prepared reports for the material testing and work progress.

PROJECT: ROAD AND BUILDING MAINTANCE WORKS.

· Coordinate with the project manager to allocate resources like materials, labors. And equipment.

· Ensure proper implementation of construction methods and techniques as per design standards.

· Verify that materials (asphalt, aggregate, concrete) meet required specifications.

· Address and resolve on-site conflicts or technical problems.

· Propose practical solutions to improve roadwork processes and quality.

· Conduct final inspections to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
