MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SIDE

  • HYDRAULICS AND PNEUMATICS: BLOW AND INJECTION MOLDING MACHINES:
  • I know about the hydraulic and pneumatics CIRCUIT DIAGRAM in standard of GERMAN, CHINA AND CANADA
  • I have experience in HYDRAULIC PUMP ALIGNMENT IN; rotary pump, radial piston pump, vane pump and axial piston pump.
  • PISTON INTERNAL LEAK because of seal and piston rode broken.
  • PRESSER LOSS because of QUICK EXHAUST or PILOT operated check valve not working or may be filter block.
  • VALVES FAILURE due to inside valve SPOOL GOT DAMAGED, SCORING, INSIDE FORWARD AND BACKWARD PORT BLOCK, COIL SUPPLY FAILURE and so on reason.
  • MANIFOLD CRACK because of high presser, directional control valve failure and oil temperature high
  • PUMP NOISE because of oil temperature, filter blocked, oil level low and air lock.
  • I had been working for past 11 years in many types of valves like mechanical and electromechanical valves and different types of pumps

ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE SIDE

  • I know about electrical circuit diagram to follow the wiring connection to check send and receive signal and power supply
  • Drives, PLC, VFD which I handled DELTA ASDA-A2 400V 7.5 KW, 3KW, 5KW, 11KW, 2KW. MITSUBISHI MR-JE-70A. YASKAWA E-7C, ALLEN BEARDLY, SIMENS.
  • Also, I know about check and correct the rapier like SSR, ZSR, BREAKER, HEATERS, THERMOCOUPLE, LIMIT SWITCH, SOLENOID COIL, CONTACTOR, LIMIT SWITCH, COMMUNICATION CABLE, PUMP OVERLOAD WINDING, and so on.
  • DELTA SOFTWARE REBOOT, COMMISSIONING AND RESET DRIVE ALARM, CHANGE PARAMETER, FORCE JOG MODE, JOG MODE AND CHECK THE PLC. SIGNAL AND SO ON.

MACHINE OPERATING and MOLD MAINTENANCE

  • I know about to change molds and take products out with high speed and good quality, in addition I know about the heater settings and change paraments in wide range of machines as mentioned above all in injection molding, thermoforming, sheet extruder, blown film extrusion, flexographic printing and offset printing machines.
  • INJECTION MOLDING HANDLED- 12000TON MACHINES WITH 8 CAVITYMOLDS. (BOTH CORE AND EJECTOS methods and hot and could runner molds as well.
  • BLOW MOLDING- 4 CAVITY WITH UPTO 10 LITTER OIL CANES.
  • THERMOFORMING MACHINES - USED 4 STATION TRAY MACHINES AND SINGLE STATION CUP FORMING MACHINES. PRODUCT HIGHT UPTO 170 MM HIGHT AND MOLD SIZE UP TO 850
  • 750 MM.
  • SHEET EXTRUDER- I PRODUCED THICKNESS UPTO 2.5MM AND WIDTH 1000MM. THE MACHINE SPEED 600KG PER HOUR WITH AUTO HOPPER UNIT.
  • BLOWN FILM MACHINES: USED UPTO 1.00MM THICKNESS, WIDTH 1.5 METER AND THE MACHINE TYPES UPTO 3 LAYES I HANDLED, IN ADDITION, I KNOW THE CLING FILM, SHRING FILM, BUBBLE RAB MACHINES AS WELL.
  • PRINTING MACHINES: BOTH FLRXO GRAPHIC AND OFFSET PRINTING UPTO 8 COLOR AND THE SPEED IS 20000 CUPS PER HOUR.
