As a core member of ASRL, I have actively contributed to the design, development, and testing of UAVs and drones for both national and international student competitions as well as industry-sponsored projects. Our team follows a research-oriented and problem-driven approach, tailoring each UAV design to specific competition problem statements or client requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Achievements:

• Designed UAV airframes and components using SolidWorks, with aerodynamic optimization in XFLR5, MATLAB, and ANSYS Fluent.
• Performed structural analysis and crash simulations with ANSYS Mechanical and LS-DYNA to validate designs under load.
• Carried out mission planning and simulation using STK for long-range and multi-objective UAV operations.
• Participated in manufacturing and assembly of UAVs using techniques like 3D printing, laser cutting, and composite fabrication.
• Conducted flight tests, telemetry analysis, and iterative tuning for performance improvement.
• Collaborated with private firms on specialized drone solutions tailored for their operational needs.

• Company Overview: Star Research Laboratories, Surat
• Researched new technologies and trends in the industry, resulting in improved processes and new ideas. Actively worked on current projects and gained industry standards and process insights. Working on new ideas and researching for implementation of the processes.
• Developed model Cube Sat using modern research technologies and testing of designed product. Tested newly researched antenna deployment system and worked for developing and testing Attitude Determination and Control System for Cube Sat. Gained new insights on current industry requirements and developments and worked on creating design and product for better fulfillment of mission requirements.

• Company Overview: Online Internship
• Did this 2 month Internship and learned new processes and methodologies. During this internship, I actively engaged in brainstorming and researching novel approaches to tackle complex challenges associated with satellite systems and their applications. As a part of my work, I undertook a project on 'Technological Innovations in Satellite Propulsion Systems'.This involved studying advancements in propulsion technologies, analyzing their potential to enhance satellite efficiency, and proposing innovative strategies to address existing limitations.

• Company Overview: IIT Delhi IHFC & Jet Aerospace
• As an intern at Jet Aerospace (IIT Delhi IHFC) I had the opportunity to immerse myself in the world of aerospace engineering. I was involved in various projects and tasks that allowed me to apply my knowledge and skills in a practical setting.
• Project Collaboration: Collaborated with a multidisciplinary team on a project focused on aerodynamic design and analysis using simulation software like Ansys and Fusion 360.
