Management:

• Production planning for the team to achieve quality and quantity objectives.
• Reporting directly to Associate director of Aeronavigation department
• Maintain and oversee regular communication with client to ensure quality, accuracy and consistency of voice.
• Understand and analyze technical queries raise by the customers (Different airlines) and respond to it in a timely manner.
• Also analysis of all technical queries, in-service queries to identify the root causes, define corrective action and following up.
• Responsible for team management, resource management, technical training and team development.
• 12 hours shift management for 24x7 live NOTAM project.

Production:

• Manage and maintain Flight Planning System database for the Flight Management system (FMS) for NAVBLUE (An Airbus company) to support more than 300 customers worldwide in order to carry out safe flight operations.
• Maintain and update databases such as North-Atlantic Tracks (NATs), Route Availability Document (RAD), City pairs, Preferred State routes using Aeronautical Information Publications (AIP), Notice to Airmen (NOTAM), AIP Supplements and other aeronautical documents.
• Responsible for updating the navigational database using Flight Operations Management System (FOMS), its menus and AirLang rules used by NAVBLUE's flight planning.
• Maintain data in following area: Airport, Runway, SID, STAR, Approach, Airways, Nav-aid, Enroute waypoints, FIRs, NOTAMs, TMA procedures, Preferred Routes Restrictions and Requirements.
• Responsible for monitoring and handling internal and external customer queries using FreshDesk. Provide technical assistance and resolve any flight planning issue ensuring minimum turn around time.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for reported errors and define corrective and/or preventive actions.
• Create restrictions or requirement in "Air Lang" for the flight planning route generator.
• Ensure all quality procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Maintain NOTAM database accuracy at all times, even outside business hours.
• Participate as a team member to support daily production if required and update the Flight Planning database.
• Liaise with relevant staff with regards to production non-conformance.

• Responsible for Production and Quality Check of Aerodrome, SID, STAR and Instrument Approach charts (IAC) used in N-Flight Planning and Mission+
• Analyze and evaluate NOTAM's, AIP's, AIP Supplement, AIRAC AMDT, NOTAMs, AIC and other recognized aeronautical national documents and amend the required changes in the navigation charts, which are followed by pilots of various airlines worldwide
• Acting as the lead Information coordinator for the team, in charge of communication between the organization and the information provider countries
  Planning AIRAC timelines and deadlines to meet customer requirements within the given timeframe.
  To resolve complex and or technical/operational difficulties faced by the team members, and responsible for Quality check of the aeronautical charts and data.
• Good working knowledge of International civil aviation and flight operations and standard documents such as ICAO document 7910
• Mentoring new joiners in the team and grooming them to become important assets for the team.
• Enhance productivity and quality improvement of the team as a senior member in coordination with the Team Leader.
