In this project, the organization user can access the data stored in the instance through API keys, recognition programs tailored to employee band, location, and unique organizational culture. The platform allows employees to be rewarded through a points-based system, integrated with various recognition programs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyzed and understood Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) for each development item.
• Prepared comprehensive test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Performed end-to-end testing to validate functionality, user experience, and integration points.
• Logged, tracked, and managed defects using Jira, ensuring timely resolution and clear documentation.
• Conducted product demos for the Product Manager, post-successful testing cycles.
• Reviewed and responded to client-raised queries, ensuring clarity and timely feedback.
• Executed mobile application testing to validate cross-platform functionality and responsiveness.

This project enabled organizational users to securely access data stored in the Darwinbox instance through API keys. The Darwinbox APIs support integrations with R and Python scripts, allowing users to read data files and trigger automated events for various business processes.

• Analyzed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to gain a clear understanding of the development scope, and clarified queries with the Product Manager.
• Actively participated in daily Scrum meetings to provide status updates and coordinate with the development team.
• Designed and shared test cases with developers to support development-level testing.
• Executed functional, integration, and validation testing based on requirement specifications.
• Reported and tracked bugs using Jira, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
