Handling a Portfolio Over 10M responsible of ensuring all activities are performed with accuracy and meeting all SLA and assisting in preparing plan for the team to Meet Monthly target

Handling Order hold procedure and releasing the orders as per TAT for complete team
Submitted two Lean ideas which helped to reduce Deductions
Handled Travel and Expenses Queries
Reduced Unapplied Cash (4M) cash within a week and able to Manage to Keep Constant Unapplied for Complete Team
Prepared SOPs for (Refund, Deductions Credit Hold) and Educated team with the same
Trained team on Deduction Training which Helped to reduce Team Deduction Count
Did Quality Audit on team Accounts and Provided Feedback for the same
Assisted Team with the Reporting Ideas which Helped to Reduce unapplied and deductions
