  • I check patients in and out, made appointments, made new profile charts for new patients, while also putting in insurance.
  • I have made office payments for patients that don’t have insurance and that were paying for waterproof casts.
  • I answer the phones and call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments, set appointments, and to answer any questions they may have. While sending and responding to emails from the RN’s and parents if need be.

I also scan documents, insurance, and photo ID cards. I also worked clinic alone while covering for the Burn clinic.
