• Managing the team, planning task allocations for day-to-day tasks of NAV calculation.
• Reviewing all end-to-end NAV construction and validation establishes the controls in the process.
• Reviewing capstock activities, transactions, and income reports within scheduled timeframes, and resolving exceptions on a daily basis.
• Liaising with different teams, such as Custody, Transfer Agency, Investment Manager, Corporate Actions Team, and Pricing Team, to get all the information about the Fund and client.
• Responsible for validating the price movement of the underlying assets/securities of the portfolio, any abnormal price movement will be verified and checked against vendors like Bloomberg.
• Responsible for ensuring that corporate actions events are processed correctly, reviewing with Bloomberg and IDC.
• Handles process escalations with onshore clients.

• Resolving all breaks and discrepancies is tough in preparing month-end accounting or NAV calculation.
• Interaction with the NAV and Operation Team for any queries relating to the process, and to resolve any breaks and issues with deliverables.

• Performing, reviewing, and delivering reconciliation and NAV packages.
• Processing/reviewing all non-trading activities (cash journals, expenses and incomes, fees, collateral bookings).
• Initiating client calls for month-end breaks and validated as per the operations team's confirmation.
• We will query and ensure with the client, and get backup for the breaks.
• We use to process resets and take responsibility for the breaks, and investigate them to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Managed a team of 11 people to prepare and deliver the package to NAV/Client.
• Publish team performance metrics – SLA, TAT, errors, and capacity planning for the team.
• Migrated many clients and the handling team to ensure client requirements are adhered to and delivered with 100% quality.
• Tracking and resolving the issues, working to close gaps, and managing gap identification, including process gaps, training gaps, and system gaps.
• Preparing the RCA and session is covered to mitigate the gaps.
• Migrated the new project to a different platform with a huge, challenging task for the business.
• End-to-end management of daily BAU and escalations for stakeholders.
• Evaluating the daily BAU risk and assigning the resources to ensure proper utilization is done.
• Conducting one-on-one meetings in order to maintain team focus, managing process procedures, workflow, and approvals maintenance.
