Having worked in different geographies and Communities with close collaboration with Government as well as other community stakeholders, CSO Networks I am committed to managing the projects to the result-based logical end. Inclined to work on livelihood (agriculture Farm, Livestock, income generation, horticulture, and enterprise development) and health sector (Community health-focused on addressing Maternal and Child health aspects). I am seeking to work with organizations focused on the economic development of rural, Marginal, and Vulnerable communities with a gendered approach.

  • The Program Director (PD) will be responsible for overall project Management, supervision, documentation, review, assessment, internal evaluation and tracking of project budgets. The PD will guide the team in quality project implementation and refection of the progress and impact through the various report and media communication as appropriate for the organization. The PD will engage in building the capacity of the organization, design and implement fund raising strategies, strengthen donor relation and scope up new approaches and avenues for expanded interventions to reflect and address the mission and vision of the organization. Program Director (PD) is the member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) and plays a pivotal role in leading the program team to fulfil the objectives of the organization in line with the vision and mission.
  • Program development, planning, implementation: a) Program director (PD) plays a significant central role in developing the program focus areas in line with the organization strategy. b) Actively contribute to program development that includes needs assessment, situation analysis, proposal writeup etc. c) Support in resource mobilization and negotiation of appropriate resources in collaboration with Program and Funding team. d) Lead the process of planning and implementation of the projects and ensure that they are implemented in timely manner.
  • People and Leadership Management: a) Manages / supervises performance of direct reports in line with SSS policies, ensuring that they have the necessary induction, training, support and effective management against agreed objectives. b) Manages direct reports, volunteers and consultants/service providers that may be assigned to the project, and ensure competencies are equal to the program’s demands.
  • Teamwork and Coordination: a) Actively promote team spirit among various departments and enhance collaboration, coordination, and joint planning. b) Close follow up and coordination with the program team especially Project staff, Finance, HR and MEAL team to ensure program goals are achieved.
  • Monitoring, Reporting & Learning: a) Ensure a strong MEAL system is in place and the MEAL staff are well capacitated to fulfil their task of monitoring. b) Ensure that gender and protection are integrated into MEAL processes. c) Setting specific indicators for process monitoring and follow-up; advising team in getting gender-specific information through spot monitoring. Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM) and other MEAL processes.
  • External relationship management: d) Lead the process of identification potential partners with whom SSS can play a collaborative role to address the key developmental issues of Tribal and Dalit communities. e) As and when possible, lead on strategic partnership development with other like-minded institutions, CBOs, Tribal leadership, intellectuals etc. f) Support on the capacity building of the SHGs, CBOs and other organizations / community-based institutions that are established and will be established in future.
