I would take orders, serve food and beverages, answer questions about the menu and food, sell the restaurant's food and drinks, take payment, communicates orders with the kitchen staff, seats customers, and helps with customer service and cleaning.

I would do planning for each shift, monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager while also taking orders, handling money transactons, bag food and ensure everything is correct and provide outstanding customer service.
