• Updating all data (Consumption, PPM, Manpower detail, Breakdown, etc) in soft copy on daily basis.
• Preventive Maintenance of the Equipment’s as per PPM schedule.
• Checking all system performance & maintaining records.
• Operation & maintenance of HT & LT Panel.
• Operation & Maintenance of Online Solar system.
• Operation and maintenance of Diesel Generators.
• Operation and maintenance of HVAC Plant, AHU’s.
• Operation & maintenance of Water Treatment Plant.
• Troubles shooting while any sudden breakdown occurrence.
• Operation & maintenance of Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting systems.
• Operation & Maintenance of 40 KVA to 120 KVA UPS, and 5 KVA Inverters, All Panels & DB, Floor lighting etc.
• Operation & Maintenance of HVAC System, PAC unit, Cassette Units.
• Attend the complaint from Phone calling and Pazo application and rectification of problems & Complaints.
• Maintaining Temperature in HUB Room, SERVER room, UPS room and all Floors.
• Verification of Log Book and maintain all records.
• All type of work permit.
• Routine Inspection & Preventive Maintenance of all assets as per PPM schedule.
• Maintaining different report like Daily Engineering Reports, Power Consumption Report etc.
• Attend weekly and monthly engineering calls.
• Operation & Maintenance of Access control system, CCTV system, Fire alarm system and PA system.

• Servicing of LT Panel ACB Breakers.
• Servicing of AMF panels & DG PLC by respective vendors.
• Annual servicing of all Electrical Panel.
• Servicing of UPS and replacement of UPS batteries if required.
• Maintenance of all UPS & raw power DB’s.
• De-scaling of Chiller Condensers & Heat exchanger of DG sets.
• Servicing of AHUs, CSUs, PAHUs & PACs.
• Replacing of AC cooling towers fills & servicing of CT fan motors if necessary.
• Cleaning of all underground tanks.
• Planned renovation works at respective areas as required by clients.
• Cleaning of all Rain water harvesting pits and Borwell pits.
• Cleaning of STP Plants water tanks and clean the media if required replaced.
• Testing of all STP water Parameters.
