- Responsible for daily and monthly preventive and predictive maintenance of tools with daily monitoring and leading the team & keeping mould maintenance history, record and documents.
- Prepare & maintain ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 documents.
- Spare handling and arrange spare from supplier.
- Coordinate with R&D team, management & Supplier for perform ECN in tools for successfully implementation
- Conduct trials of new tools/mold and take the corrective action.
- Coordinate with quality/production and do KIZEN in tools and jigs for improve part quality,productivity and minimize breakdown in tools.
- Perform basic hydraulics press machine breakdown and pneumatic system.
- Operate conventional machine like Radial drill machine, Surface grinder,tool and cutter grinder etc.
