Manual Testing Execution:

• Conducting thorough test case execution across multiple platforms and devices (desktop, mobile, browsers) to validate compliance with functional and non-functional requirements.

Defect Management:

Communication and Collaboration:

• Collaborating closely with U.S. and U.K. customers to understand end requirements and working alongside the development team to ultimately deliver a high-quality product.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams during release cycles to ensure timely completion of tasks within established deadlines.
• Providing technical guidance to junior quality assurance and design engineers.

Quality Assurance:

• Maintaining a high standard of quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle, identifying areas for improvement in both the testing process and the system, with Agile methodology.
• Ensuring the business logic using tools like Postman.
• Verifying data integrity with the database using fundamental SQL queries.
• Cross-browser validation to ensure the UI and functionality.
• Conducted user-centric design testing to evaluate usability, accessibility, and overall user experience, leading to continuous improvement in user satisfaction and engagement.
