3D Modeling & Design (Aveva E3D) •Developed complex 3D piping and equipment models utilizing Aveva E3D software. •Designed and modeled specialized thermal management systems, specifically routing steam tracing lines using ControTrace technologies for critical process piping. •Update model as per stress markup. •Routed piping and checked models against line lists, P&IDs, and vendor data to ensure accurate design. Deliverables & Documentation •Prepared and issued critical engineering drawings, including Piping Isometrics, Plot Plans, and Tie-In Location Plans. •Coordinated identification of tie-in points and brownfield modifications, ensuring minimal disruption to existing operations.
