•Executed brownfield engineering projects for Oil and Gas to ExxonMobil and Imperial Oil, focusing on plant expansions, modifications, and retrofits.
•Designed and built new piping facilities and modified existing plant layouts strictly in accordance with client specifications and global industry standards (ASME, API).
•Managed the end-to-end delivery of high-quality engineering deliverables under tight project schedule

3D Modeling & Design (Aveva E3D) •Developed complex 3D piping and equipment models utilizing Aveva E3D software. •Designed and modeled specialized thermal management systems, specifically routing steam tracing lines using ControTrace technologies for critical process piping. •Update model as per stress markup. •Routed piping and checked models against line lists, P&IDs, and vendor data to ensure accurate design. Also Clash check with existing facilities. •Reviewed equipment data sheets to verify technical compliance with project and process requirements. Deliverables & Documentation •Prepared and issued critical engineering drawings, including Piping Isometrics, Plot Plans, and Tie-In Location Plans. •Coordinated identification of tie-in points and brownfield modifications, ensuring minimal disruption to existing operations. Collaboration & Safety Compliance •Coordinated seamlessly with cross-functional disciplines (Process, Structural, Electrical, and Instrumentation) to resolve design clashes and ensure multi-disciplinary integration. •Conducted and participated in internal and client 3D Model Reviews. •Actively participated in HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) studies to identify potential risks and ensure a safe, operable plant design. Provided site support by addressing technical issues and ensuring smooth operations.

•Provided technical support to construction and site teams, resolving site queries (RFIs) promptly.

• Produced essential piping deliverables such as nozzle orientations and MTOs while ensuring adherence to client-specific standards.
• Finalized nozzle orientations in line with P&ID analyses across multiple projects to meet design specifications.
• Executed thorough reviews of piping designs to guarantee accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Developed detailed 3D models in E3D, focusing on equipment and structure modeling alongside pipe routing.
• Executed material take-offs for various utilities according to Technip's instructions, ensuring that unique system requirements were effectively met.
• Ensured accuracy in isometric drawings through careful dimensioning and labeling aligned with the latest GA updates.

• Collaborated with design team on piping GAD arrangement for cooling towers CT1 & CT2 using AutoCAD 2D, enhancing project alignment with client specifications.

• Also being a part of Mechanical Utility team accomplished maintenance of various Air Handling Units, Centrifugal pumps, Draught Fans, Exhaust Fans.
• Managed manpower and materials for daily maintenance activities while coordinating with vendors and other disciplines for timely completion.
• Works on SAP RP2 module as an end user dealing with PM Order, Notification, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, E-permit etc.
• SAP oriented spare management using material booking, Purchase Requisition, BOM updating, Equipment Tagging, Optimal Stock Management, Spare part codification.

• Coordinated project planning, design, fabrication, and execution for boiler steam generation project, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
• Installation & Commissioning of Water tube boiler, Coal screw feeder, FD & ID Fan, Cyclone separator, Bag Filter and interconnection between them as per block diagram.
• Fabrication, Erection & Inspection of existing & new lines as per isometric drawings.
• Installed piping and fittings according to P&ID and legend sheet specifications.
• Tracked and reported daily progress of work, manpower, and piping project status, facilitating timely material updates.
