• Consult with the organization's management, staff, and other stake holders on functional requirements, documented those requirements.
• Performed Gap analysis of the requirements vis-à-vis standard features.
• Prepared, documented, and mapped current business processes in Infor LN
• Designed and Configured Infor LN ERP Procurement / Warehousing modules to align with the specific needs and requirements of the organization.
• Prepared test cases and scenarios. UAT completed as per test case scenarios.
• Performed Integration testing of Warehouse transactions with Finance postings. Testing of GST compliance with Finance module.
• Prepared Functional design documents for functional requirements and report customizations followed by exhaustive testing.
• Tested of Purchase Requisition and Purchase Oder workflow to ensure smooth transitions between different stages.
• Ensured smooth GO Live for each project and providing GO Live support.
• Delivered key user and end user training. Ensured that users understand how to use the new system, including developing training plans and user guides. Prepared videos for each process and circulated to all users.
• Handled user queries, ensuring timely resolutions, and minimizing the recurrence of similar issues in the future by providing the step-by-step user guides.
• Raised incidents with all relevant details. Reproducing the issue and facilitating the resolution process for the standard support team.
• Raised the request for some of the user needs and requirements to enhance the standard solution in a way that benefits a broader user base.
• Set up the configurations of procurement / warehousing modules required for new projects going live.
• Successfully completed the rollout of Infor Cloud Suite ERP for more than 400 projects.

• Successfully implemented Accounts payable and Fixed asset management modules for client “3F Industries Limited”. (Manufacturers of bakery fats, fats for frozen desserts, fatty acids, refined oils, toilet soaps, specialty fats, and confectionery fats).
• Provided post Go Live support.
• Designed and configured total finance module for “3F Global Limited".
• Designed and configured total finance module for "Crosol Crop Care Pvt. Ltd" (Manufacturers of chemicals and chemical products).
