- Working with a multidisciplinary team of social workers, lawyers, and counselors to manage ongoing cases of child victims of sexual offenses and at-risk children.
- Providing support to the child and family through case management interventions for comprehensive rehabilitation (education, health, life skills, vocational training), including liaising with child protection stakeholders, external organizations, and specialists.
- Conducting field visits to various communities and locations in and around Mumbai, and documenting case history and all visits using specific case management software.
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders such as Child Welfare Committees, District Child Protection Units, police, hospitals, District Legal Services Authority, other NGOs, judiciary, and community members.
- Handle difficult and emotional situations professionally and empathetically while supporting the implementation of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act 2012 and related laws.

- Worked as a Case Worker on the 'Sakhi-One Stop Center' project, sponsored by the Central Government and the Women and Child Development Department, and implemented by Urja Trust. In this multi-purpose role, I assisted women affected by violence in private and public spaces, including the family, community, and workplace, addressing gender- and caste-based violence, as well as children.
- I intervened to understand each case's issues and provided various services accordingly. These services included case need assessment, life skill, job assistance, conduct joint meetings, referral services, police assistance, legal assistance, counseling, shelter, and maintaining case records and documentation.
