This was urgent need as per guidance of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS17) of International Accounting Standards Board IASB. Further, different Policy databases sources, Admin systems (includes transactions such as premium actual cash flows, commissions, claims, withdrawal, and suspense, manual entries), and non-admin systems (includes all the types of insurance product categories for instance, vantage products, one of the variable annuity products, lifecomm, cyber life, etc.) were sourced completely into the new accounting system.
  • Created the product roadmap by working with relevant stakeholders and managed scope, schedule, and cost in-line with deadlines while delivering highest quality software.
