- Working on CAT machine parts and Worktools offered in US and EAME region, direct reporting to US manager working in Global team supporting the material setup from extending to plant, source setup, master data governance, Engineering level changes.
- Involved in machine model material master data management (MDM) and conducting regular audit on master data for seamless processing of orders.
- As a Local change coordinator conducting team meetings with different product groups to understand the new models and Engineering level changes.
- Material MRP type, Strategy Group, Availability check are monitored regularly on basis of the MRP profile to eliminate miss in planning.
- MDM accountability for CAT machines and worktools being offered in US and EAME region.
- Extending materials to plant, accounting and costing tabs, MRP tabs extension, mark and release the materials in the SAP system
- Creating Bill of materials (BOM), monitoring stock orders in job logs on daily basis.
- Scheduling agreements for vendors, creating source list, purchasing information record, Purchase Orders and updating log net, vendor setup (SIA)
