• Analyzing and planning the production plan with reference to the sales forecast and available stock of A-class parts.

• On boarding new machine models in SAP system
• Extending materials to plant, accounting and costing tabs, MRP tabs extension, mark and release the materials in the SAP system
• Creating Bill of materials (BOM), monitoring stock orders in job logs on daily basis.
• Scheduling agreements for vendors, creating source list, purchasing information record, Purchase Orders and updating log net, vendor setup (SIA)
• Working with cross functional teams: Accounts, Variant Configuration (VC), Product Outline Configuration (POC)
• Additional experience in: GTN vessel bookings(5 China facilities).
• Singapore PDC (Product Distribution Centre)- creating replenishment orders, Final Plant Ship (FPS), generating invoice and packing list from MOCS (Machine Order Communication System)

Major Achievements:

• Worked with internal team to monitor on the port dwell and improve the last mile operation activity to improve the monthly performance in the OPD (Order Promise Date) metrics
• Assisted in data quality by highlighting the gaps in the process and improved the overall performance of the team
• Worked in process flow creation and standard work review being the initial members of the team

• Production of Double Diaphragm Spring Brake actuators (DDSBA)
• Was accountable for: Resource planning, operator skill development, Safety & Quality, Volume & Yield, OPI (Operational Performance Indicators) monitoring, 5s monthly audit, team management, performance reporting

Major Achievements:

• Identified a potential supplier part defect in DDSBA assembly
• Identified the fault in the new products developed and rectified it by adding extra check points
• Created 3 One Point Lessons for different issues faced in the production line
• Implemented 15 suggestions in production line to increase productivity and quality
