Title: Study of superheated steam pre-treatment and ultra-sonication on phytochemical content and antioxidant activity of millet husk extracts and corresponding pectin encapsulates

Explored green extraction and pectin-based encapsulation of bioactive compounds from finger, barnyard, and kodo millet husks using superheated steam and ultrasound techniques. The study demonstrated improved yield, stability, and real food application, contributing to sustainable waste valorization.
