Role and Responsibilities:

• Resolved complex technical issues through rigorous troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, minimizing downtime and disruptions to business operations.
• Reduced technical debt by refactoring legacy code and implementing modern development methodologies.

Technologies Used:

• C#, ASP.NET, MVC, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS , Sitecore and Service with Agile/ SCRUM methodology.
• Highly experience on Servicenow to work on tickets and other deliverables.

Achievements:

• Automated the full process of daily monitoring using C# and SQL.
• Successfully migrated the servers and application from on-prem to Azure.
• Got awards and appreciations to control the User facing issues which are logged as Incidents and Service Requests.

• Got trained in My SQL, ASP.NET, C#, CSS, HTML, Boot strap, Java script technologies alone with Angular.
• Completed project documentation, updated and distributed to appropriate project personnel.
• Built a full stack Travel Booking Website in the term of 4 people.
• Optimized system resources by identifying bottlenecks in processing capabilities, increasing efficiency significantly.
