• Responsible for process audit (LPA) in Domestic & Exports on monthly basis.
• Responsible for training of newly joined employees on quality requirements and process inspections.
• Responsible for generating visual alerts for critical process.
• Maintaining high-quality standards in wire harness manufacturing.
• Part of Continuous Improvement activities.
• Responsible for creating visual alerts for critical process
• Maintaining high-quality standards in wire harness manufacturing
• Implementing Kaizen and Poke-Yoke to eliminate quality issues.

As a Quality Inspector my job is to ensure

• Daily inspections of production parts.
• Investigating and troubleshooting production issues.
• Responsible for Patrol, Process and Final product inspection.
• Preparing FAIR reports as per AS9102 Standards.
• Supporting Customer in First Piece Inspection and documentation.
• Has hands on experience in preparing quality documents like Patrol Inspection, First-Off Approval & FICS.
• Working with CFT to eliminate defects and improve productivity of products.
