· Co-ordination with operation in DAM (daily action meeting) according planning and scheduling for maintenance activities of RMQC, RTG, Spreader, Reach stacker ,ECH & Engine etc.

· Preparing yearly based budget of spare.

· Executing maintenance activities and preparing SWPs and maintain database of SWPs.

· Allotting jobs to juniors and preparing shift report for all jobs done and communicating with higher management.

· Maintaining high safety standards for company standard.

· Route cause analysis of defects and solving them, implementing same on all equipment.

· During warranty period coordinating with service engineers of Doosan and Kone for warranty and service replacement.

· Preparing preventive maintenance job sheets and closing them in scheduled time.

· Co-ordinate with operation department for vessel berth plan to day to day maintenance activities.

· Preparing list of required spare annual base and routing base. And coordinated with superior to spare arrangement for minimize to downtime of equipment.

· Focus on future planning for maintain equipment reliability.

· Planning and scheduling for maintenance activities of STS cranes.

· Executing maintenance activities and preparing SOPs and maintain database of SOPs.

· Allotting jobs to juniors and preparing shift report for all jobs done and communicating with higher management.

· Maintaining high safety standards and 5s on workplace.

· Route cause analysis of defects and solving them, implementing same on all equipments.

· Coordinating with ZPMC and Terex-noell service engineers for warranty and service replacement.

· Preparing preventive maintenance job sheets and closing them in scheduled time.

• Kept equipment in good working order by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, and maintaining supplies.
• Analyzed and located malfunctions in brakes, motors, switches, and control systems.
• Completed Wire line Logging Units inspections to check for leaks, damage, or other issues of concern Which included of Cummins 3M335E engine and C13 CAT. And associated hydraulics, electrical systems, Genset etc .
• Ordered repair parts quickly to prevent delays in projects and repair work.
• Responsible to ensure smooth functioning of Units which are in continuous operations and harsh working environments.
• Maintaining proper documentation of the service procedures carried out planning for the spares and equipment needed for next maintenance schedule.

· Investigate and resolve faults using technical expertise to achieve timely results and return for routine operations.

· Ensure efficient and safe running of the Container Terminal Equipments.

· Overall Maintenance of RTG (Rubber Tyre Gantry) Cranes, STS & Material handling system.

· Complete and review all documentation, databases and reports to ensure all activities are recorded to meet the required IMS standards.

· Plan, communicate and execute preventative maintenance and routine shutdown activities to ensure minimal disruption and production downtime.

· Able to take leadership in critical activities like wire rope changing in RTG Cranes.

· Online attending of Breakdowns.

· Responsible for Servicing & trouble shooting of Engines.

· Steering system, Brake system, Engine, Transmission system, Spreader & boom are periodically checked maintained.

· Maintenance & trouble shooting Conveyor system

· Investigate and resolve faults using technical expertise to achieve timely results and return for routine operations.

· Ensure efficient and safe running of the Container Terminal Equipments.

· Overall Maintenance of STS (Ship to Shore) & RTG (Rubber Tyre Gantry) Cranes.

· Complete and review all documentation, databases and reports to ensure all activities are recorded to meet the required IMS standards.

· Plan, communicate and execute preventative maintenance and routine shutdown activities to ensure minimal disruption and production downtime.

· Able to take leadership in critical activities like wire rope changing in STS & RTG Cranes.

· Online attending of Breakdowns.

· Responsible for Servicing & trouble shooting of Engines.
