§ Execute interiors works such as wall piping, false ceiling, wood flooring,

§ Responsible for the overall execution of structure and finishing works formwork and steel reinforcement.

§ Monitoring daily basis and resolving the issues in concern with Quality .Allocate required resources like material, manpower and machines to priority works. Discuss with Project engineers and supervisors on day today progress.

§ Through review of drawing on Constructability and missing details in drawings and raising Request for information to Design Consultants.

§ Quality of materials through inspection and testing done by QC Engineer

§ Ensuring Pre and Post Construction Checks are done as per Checklists

§ Quality plan in the project.

§ Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings or other structures Estimating sizes, distances, and quantities; or determining time, costs resources or materials needed to perform a work activity.

§ Coordinate with client Engineer and prepare bar chart by using MS Project and schedule bar bending. Handle bill certification, variation of contractors and quantity surveying.
