Amazon Flex App Testing:
• Performed end-to-end manual testing of the Amazon Flex app on Android and iOS platforms zfor 1 year.
• Tested various critical features, ensuring high-quality user experience.
• Supported the launch of new features, including the Bluetooth-enabled type locker, rolled out in multiple countries.
Amazon Ring – Always Home Device Testing:
• Transitioned to testing Amazon Ring Always Home devices, starting with regular regression testing to maintain firmware stability.
• Tested new devices through HVT (High Volume Testing) and DVT (Design Validation Testing) phases.
• Executed hardware-level tests on PCB boards, including flashing devices, log analysis, and prototype testing.
• Led a 3-member manual QA team, managing daily tasks, test execution, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
