  • When I took over the business from the founders (who were inactive and not running this business anymore), there were no customers and zero revenue.
  • I was able to find new customers with the help of online outsourcing websites such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc. and start the operations. At the beginning, it was the 1-person company but within a month I was able to build a team of 1 developer and 1 designer. Withing 6 months, we were a team of 7 developers (web and mobile), 1 designer, 1 digital marketing executive and 1 finance executive. The team size went up to 15 in my entire tenure at ASquare.
  • I was sending project proposals to clients, managing client meetings, and also coding for few of the most valuable projects from the US, Germany, India and Australia. There projects included Online Event Ticketing websites and apps, WordPress & HTML theme development, Preschools ERP and LMS softwares for Indian customers, Shopify customizations, 3D modelling for products in the US, Implementing SEO and page speed optimizations, working with Digital Marketing agencies, etc.
  • I was conducting day-to-day project coordination, planning, and implementation across multiple teams.
  • I also created functional and technical application documents for customer reviews.

  • We were building landing pages, promotional campaign emails, and SMS automation using jQuery 3rd party libraries and AWS SNS and SQS.
