- Built a relationship within the service area with providers in order to earn their trust, so in return, the company could service their patients with the equipment they need, taught providers and medical staff about what documentation was needed for billing, and educated them on the DME equipment that was offered.

-Set Pts up with DME their doctor ordered them, like nebs, vents, CPAPs, BiPAPs, spacers, flutters, IS's, wheelchairs, walkers, and more. Also made sure all the proper documentation needed for billing was in the Pts chart, followed up with the Pts on compliance and use of equipment, and insured all the education needed was available.
