City of Winnipeg RFP - ICC Assessment, (2024): BIM Modeler.

Developed the 3D Structural BIM model using Revit for the filtration & residual buildings of the existing water treatment plant. The as-built PDF drawings are converted to 3D models which will aid in assessing the areas to be rehabilitated.

Waterloo Kitchener Wastewater Treatment -ICC Assessment, (2024-Ongoing): Asset Management Engineer

The project has undergone multiple upgrades with new building and equipment developments in the treatment building. This includes asset condition assessment, asset lifecycle and cost estimation, reporting and asset inventory, and development of capital needs forecasts and reports. I developed an asset inventory using P&ID drawings to identify all the equipment with the help of a lidar scan. This helped me to create an inventory for process mechanical equipment and understand the purpose of the equipment placement in the treatment plant. I also gained an understanding of the major roles of primary & secondary clarifiers, aeration tanks, RAS/WAS pumping stations, flow-splitting chambers, digester complex, digester control buildings, headworks buildings, blower buildings, and flow-splitting chambers.

Waterloo Preston Wastewater Treatment Plant Assessment (2021-2022) - Asset Management Engineer

Prepared the assessment report, worked on asset condition assessment, asset inventory, and development of capital needs forecasts and reports. Created the process mechanical inventory with the help of As-built P&ID drawings.

Iqaluit WTP Record Dwg, (2023)-CAD Technician

By the existing model on the site, I have updated the Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process, and General drawings updated by using Auto CAD 2D, based on the feedback received from the lead engineers. The changes made to the drawings have been in line with the comments and feedback provided, ensuring that all aspects of the drawings are accurate and precise.

Halton 11 SPS CNA-Condition Assessment, (2022 – Ongoing)-Asset Management Engineer

Prepared condition assessment report for Multiple SPS Facilities. The tasks include reporting, asset condition estimating lifecycle and cost, asset inventory, and developing capital needs forecasts and reports.

Basement Flooding (BFPP-DDCS 12)-Jr. MicroStation Designer

Developed typical details drawings for area 34 -02 which had storm sewer design updates Provided. I worked on creating a plan and profile by using MicroStation software. I have developed plan profiles for the water pressure network along with the sewer network which was an additional scope of the work.

Hamilton HD06B Turnbridge Water PS CA (2023): BIM Model & Asset Management Engineer

The project scope is to develop a condition assessment report and a 3D model. The tasks include developing CA Reporting, asset inventory, asset condition estimating lifecycle and cost, and capital needs forecasts and reports. The Scope of ICRC is to Develop an Asset inventory for process mechanical. Developing the Pumping Station 3D Model from Lidar Data by using REVIT.

• A 3D model was developed for structure, architecture, Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing disciplines for the pumping station.

Etihad Rail, UAE (2021)- BIM Modeler

Developed the underpass Structural Bridge 3D Structural Revit model and created detailed drawings for different chainages in BIM360 Collaboration.
