• Anticipated surgeon needs and passed instruments efficiently and assisted with patient positioning and sterile draping.
• Maintained accurate instruments, sponge, and sharps counts in collaboration with the circulating nurse, and worked effectively under pressure alongside surgical and anesthesia teams.
