• MobileConnect Suite empower Salesforce Marketing Cloud customers to simplify and personalize SMS mobile marketing for targeted outreach and enhanced engagement
• Addressed key feature gaps, such as Dynamic link tracking for subscriber level engagement with custom domain support, DLT template and header support for link shortening specifically for India market.
• Developed innovative solutions to complex technical challenges, ensuring high-quality product releases. Undertook the complete ownership of these features from requirement gathering to design, infrastructure, implementation and successful launch of the feature
• Designed and implemented the support for custom domain in SMS link shortening for the links in messages to be branded and more trustworthy hereby increasing the engagement of the campaign. It involved working with various critical networking flows withing the cloud infrastructure like HA proxy and F5 load balancer for TLS termination.
• Implemented Distributed Ledger technology templates support (DLT Templates) and header support in shortened links for India SMS market in MobileConnect in order to be compliant and support TRAI regulations which also enhanced the customer experience.
• Working on cross cloud transformation of customers from MCE 1st Party to third party cloud infrastructure.
• Scrum lead for the MobileConnect engineering team for the SMS messaging channel business, contributing to a 600 million USD business in Marketing Cloud at Salesforce.
• Coordinated with product management teams in developing roadmaps aligning with business objectives.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of new features and functionality.
• Influenced the adoption of agile methodologies, improving overall team efficiency and project management capabilities.

Database Backup and Recovery Cloud Service (DBRS)
Awarded Employee Recognition Award for Outstanding Contribution for the year 2020-2021
• DBRS is a premium backup/recovery service that protects On-Premise and Cloud based Oracle Databases. DBRS
provides near-zero data loss backup. It integrates with Recovery Manager (RMAN). This is a pay-per-usage cloud
service built on top of the Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliance (ZDLRA) platform.
• The project involved developing microservices for Database/Customer on-boarding, metering, billing and
providing the tooling for the Oracle Cloud operators to manage the ZDLRA hardware.
• Implemented customer facing REST APIs, Health Check and Version APIs.
• Automated DBRS Post Deployment Validation using Shell Scripting.
• Implemented DB Allocation algorithm to allocate Oracle Databases to ZDLRA.
• Improved the Unit Test Code Coverage from ~15% to ~80% using JaCoCo plugin and Junit, Mockito frameworks.
• Designed and Implemented framework for automated end to end testing of the Service
• Designed and implemented Junit Integration test framework for automated API testing for QA
• Designed and implemented automated Integration Pipeline for Continuous Integration and deployment on
Teamcity.
