• Hiring and process training should be done as per the AOP (annual operations plan) and Recruited and interviewed candidates for management to evaluate readiness and fit for position.
• FSSAI and safety norms should be followed in the facility. Adhered to standards and compliance required for operations and cleanliness of all areas.

Key achievements:

• Did one project aim to increase IPP of the picker (from 4 picklists and 700qty to 7 picklists and 1150qty on an average) which directly leads to increase the productivity and reduction in the operational cost.
• Process excellence project in which shipment need to placed as per their shipment location IDs instead of mixing it resulting time of palletisation was reduced by 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs.
• Certificate of appreciation for "streamlining the Outbound Process".

• Individually handling co-ordination between team of buyers & catalog.
• Maintaining putting accuracy to 100% by implementing checks and audits post receiving the stock in the system.
• Maintaining the D2S TAT of 2 hrs (directly lead to make the stock live for customers)
• Conducting work planning, estimation & Prioritization.
• 15 hours of training in a month to all the DEO's who have completed 06 months in the system.
• Making of roster attendance to ensure SLA's aren’t hampered & WOW experience could be prevailed.
• Ensuring strict covid-19 guidelines is being followed in FC up to best possible extent.
• Directed a team of 12 DEOs and 110 + off rolls. Managing the inventory with 99% fill rate.
• Forward consolidation (Target -150 loc.),Achievement- 170 locations. Initiatives- Focused on daily analysis of bin occupancy and lead consolidation team to efficiently manage consolidation.

• Monitored and maintain Forward inventory based on demand forecasts & time over-runs to ensure effective pro active GTL (replenishment of goods from deep to forward) is happening to maintain 4 to 5 days of inventory as per requirement.
• Improved stacking norms by introducing the Kaizen to convert products pallet into orange tote to ensure damage reduction and clear visibility and less picking mistakes.
• Daily stock audit to maintain minimum inventory variance. Deep Sanity accuracy achieved to be at 98%.

Key achievement:-

• Did one project in coordination with the catalog team aims to update the right and complete information of the product on website and reduced catalog error by 9%. Initiative- By establishing a help desk with catalog team.
