SAT& site Work activity inspection as per approved drawings / Specification.
Coordinated with clients, execution agencies, and subcontractors to facilitate quality surveillance activities, meetings, and improvement initiatives. Played a key role in forming a Quality Committee comprising the Project Director, Project Head, selected project members, and stakeholder representatives
Quality audit of work i.e. reviews of documents/stage inspection report/lab test reports etc. as per relevant standards.
Testing & Witness of equipment – (like- Power Transformer, ICT, Reactor,NGR,NIFPS CVT, LA, WT, CT, PT, Bushing, EOT crane , GIS & HT,MV Power Cabals Earthing etc.
Surveillance/Witness audit at time of transformer, Reactor, ICT, GIS, EOT and Electrical Panel, installation etc. and raising the punch points and NCR and Co-ordinate with client and execution agency in closing the NCR as per corrective and preventive action.
Prepare field quality plan, Work method statements, checklist, training calendar, Mock-up report and MIS tracker, etc.
Preparation & presentation of monthly, weekly & Daily progress report
Preparation & presentation of Commissioning report.
Review of all documents like. WMS, FQP, QAP, FAT/FWT report, testing procedure & Test report, etc. in line with document code & IS/IEC code of practice and as per standards.
FA, PA, BAS installation & testing commissioning etc
Prepare field quality plan, training calendar, Mock-up report and MIS tracker, etc.
Prepare Installation checklist, commissioning checklist.
HVAC Installation and testing for AHU, FAHU, exhaust and supply fan.
RCA, IMIR, BOM, RFI, & QC inspections
Test reports preparation for data center from L2-L3 MEP, PSI, QAQC, EE, STARTUP, TAB, THERMOGRAPHY, BAS, EPMS, Report testing witness & Solving ROW problem
Presentation of monthly, weekly & Daily progress report & Testing & Commissioning reports.
Provide quality training for every work along with mock-up as per activity.
Co-ordinate with clients to eliminate disputes at site to completing the project smoothly. Maintained SFQP as per client standard.
Raising the punch points and NCR and Co- ordinate with client and execution agency in closing the NCR as per corrective and preventive action.
