• Led an end-to-end Dealer Claims Management program for the largest German OEM group in the world involving: Streamlining a business process with 10,000+ monthly transactions for sales, marketing and after-sales claims. Developed a platform with 200+ Daily Active Users (DAUs) for end to end dealer claims management. Improved overall TAT from 120+ days to 90 days. Conceptualized a digital reconciliation and sign-off platform handling monthly transactions worth USD 5 Mn+ of 100+ national level dealers. Actualized a complete Dealer Query Management System (DQMS) for handling 100+ national level dealers.
• Led after-sales performance improvement project for a luxury automotive brand involving identification of key KPIs, using productivity and efficiency studies for identifying gaps and implementing strategies for process improvements. Helped clients in strengthening the business processes, restructuring and redefining reporting chains and developed framework to improve control and oversite by management.
• Performed Due-Diligence for British premium car maker entering Indian Market to identify their dealer partners across 50+ cities basis market research and financial risk assessment.
• Performed sales process design and review across automotive dealerships involving process design, implementation, review, reporting and mystery shopping.
• Assisted an e-commerce brand to optimize the business operations by developing SOPs of multiple processes and identifying sufficient operational and financial controls to mitigate the potential risks.

Worked in the Statutory Audit functions as part of the Financial Services team and was involved in end to end audits of Hedge funds and SPVs.
