Managing projects of iOS apps and web development for multiple clients in the US. This included the following responsibilities

Planning & Governance

  • Review contractual scope, update strategic plan and managing teams.
  • Daily/weekly/monthly client calls, preparing dashboards and other performance oriented graphs.

Customer Interactions

  • Meetings & Reports: Preparing various reports on account level and conducting meetings with the client leadership on various aspects like meeting SLA/KPI's, revenue, resources, attrition rates, system up gradations, ramp ups/ramp downs and compliance checks.
  • Chairing Bi-monthly CRM call at account level involving all the account's major stake holders, where all delivery leads / heads would present their projects details like growth, any issues, escalations, ramp ups, ramp downs, SLA's and other project metrics.
  • Monthly compliance check calls with client's compliance heads and ensuring all parameters are being adhered to. Sharing complete data files , PPT's for complete checks

Contract Management

  • Review various contract copies and compliance documentation. Coordinating with the legal team and ensuring the possible risks are mitigated and taken care of. Open discussion with client on expected compliance requirements in their documentation and negotiating for any unnecessary requirements.
  • Reviewing all major account documents like MSA's , SOW's etc. Going through all clauses and sub clauses like performance, data protection, IP infringement, data privacy, warranties, force majeure etc. Discussing these clauses with the legal team and closing/mitigating any risks involved.

Finance

  • Facilitate and track PO creation, facilitate invoice clearance and PO utilisation and tracking
  • Working closely with delivery teams for budget allocations and keeping check on the resource numbers meeting the budgets

Compliance and Audits

  • Checklist, documentation, proactive audits checks and follow up for audit action points closure.
  • Working with project SPOC's to ensure all compliance checks are being met and in place
  • Working with project compliance SPOC's and ensuring all compliance mandatory trainings, system checks, ODC parameters are being followed
  • Conducting internal audits like Infosec audits and external audits like STRADA audits as per defined timelines and schedules.
  • Conducting Table top activities, where all internal stakeholders like infra, legal, delivery, resourcing, H.R. and internal auditors from compliance would check and validate BCP plans.

Infrastructure support.

  • Utilisation and tracking/managing of seats at different location across the globe. Providing options for new business ramp-ups with minimum cost implication.
  • Managed complete set up and Accreditation of ODC's for client, which included client server imports, setting servers by coordinating with the internal tech teams, cable installations, system ordering and getting them set up as per client's requirements, getting all compliance requirements met.
  • Managed complete De-accreditation of client ODC's during project Ramp downs with respect to compliance requirements
  • Managing import of any client devices, servers and any other IT equipment required for various projects.

Accomplishments

Got appreciation award for my exemplary work in managing the account's ( British Telecom ) compliance work , which resulted in getting successful STRADA compliance report.


Cost saving of around 50K Pounds annually for the client British Telecom by reducing/removing the fibre optics cable from one of the towers and moving/creating new training labs in another tower with an already existing Bandwidth for ODC,s.
