Concession :- Working on the customer's order rejections, planning action items to overcome the problem by 'dive deep' on the actual root cause.

Productivity :- Have done the project on improving IB and OB TPH by doing correction in Path Layout and continuous monitoring of Associates and identifying the barriers which creating obstruction, in addition to this, looping Learning & Development Team and Site PXT to connect 1:1 with them to boost productivity.

Outcome :- Site OB TPH improves from 65 to 80 and Site IB TPH improves from 205 to 241.
